An Interview with Santa: North Pole Confessions
Even though it’s his busiest time of year, we were lucky enough to score an interview with the Jolly Old Elf Himself! Santa took a break from visiting with children at Parkway Place, and answered some of our most pressing questions. He revealed a few North Pole secrets too!
So, what are kids asking for this year?
I’m receiving requests for LOL Dolls, Paw Patrol, Squishies, Legos and much more!
What’s your favorite part about being Santa?
Spreading laughter and happiness is the greatest gift there is!
What’s the hardest part of your job?
The toughest part is getting dogs to smile for their Pet Night photos with me.
What’s the most unique request you’ve gotten?
I’ve actually had a few children ask for a real pot belly pig. Ho Ho Ho!
Do you have anything on YOUR Christmas list?
My wish is for all children to be happy, and feel the love beyond the presents on their wish list this season.
How about Mrs. Claus? Will you get her anything for Christmas?
My elves are currently knitting Mrs. Claus a new wool sweater and a warm blanket for our bed.
Do you have a favorite cookie?
I love all cookies, but chocolate chip is my favorite!
How does a kid get on the nice list?
All children are on my nice list! And if they fall off temporarily, there’s still time to turn it around!
How can you deliver all of those presents in just one night?
My sleigh is powered by my reindeer. I use my magic to fly at the speed of starlight!
Anything else you’d like to tell the children of Huntsville?
Remember to be kind and good to your parents, brother and sister.
