Huntsville Indoor Play

Playing outside is AWESOME but sometimes it’s too cold, rainy, or too hot and that’s when these indoor playgrounds and activities come in handy. We’ve limited this list to spaces that welcome a little running around so not every indoor option (i.e. movies) is listed, but if you see one we missed let us know at info(at)rocketcitymom(dot)com.

Please be sure to double check the hours before you go – many locations only had seasonal hours posted at the time of publication. Hours can change. You can also find extra Open Play hours posted on Facebook Pages, as well as special prices, so be sure to check those out.

We Rock the Spectrum

Location: 326 Sutton Road, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763
Hours: Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. | Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. | Sunday 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Cost: $18 per child for 2 hours, siblings discounted to $16 each. $30 for all day pass. Monthly memberships also available.

Huntsville/Madison Co Library System

In addition to numerous storytimes offered throughout the day, this award winning library system has lots of offerings for young and old alike. Children will enjoy playing at interactive early literacy learning centers and adults will enjoy the resources provided to help them in this parenting journey.
